Tideline is business software for travel advisors and host agencies, operated by Tideline Technologies LLC. This policy covers the data advisors give us and the client data they store with us.

You own your client data

Advisors keep 100% ownership of their client data, including contacts, trips, documents, notes and photos. We store and process it only to run the service for you. We never sell it, never market to your clients, and never share it with other advisors.

What we collect

This marketing site collects information you choose to share when contacting us, including your name, email and message. Advisor trial registration and account access take place on our separate app platform, not on this marketing site. If you previously joined our waitlist, we use your submitted details only to contact you about early access.

Export and deletion

You can export your data at any time. When you close your account, we delete your client data after a short grace period, unless the law requires us to keep it.
