Terms of Service

These terms apply to businesses and independent professionals who use Tideline, operated by Tideline Technologies LLC. Tideline is not a consumer product.

Your data stays yours

You keep 100% ownership of all client data you put into Tideline. You give us a limited permission to host and process it so we can provide the service. That's the only use we make of it.

Early access

Advisor registration takes place on the separate Tideline app platform. The introductory offer is a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Pricing links lead to trial registration, not checkout. Paid billing will open only after Tideline's business checking account and its own Stripe account are connected. Features may change before general release.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for having the right to store your clients' information. You're also responsible for your bookings, supplier relationships and the advice you give clients.

Changes

We'll publish final terms before paid plans open. If anything material changes after that, we'll tell you first.
